Amount is determined between the company and the candidate** **Great opportunity to work for an aerospace company manufacturing satellites** **Must be able to work days and nights - long hours** **Job Description** As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing operations within a facility to achieve higher output and providing leadership and technical direction to improve team performance according to key departmental metrics. You will establish standard processes and tools, manage personnel performance, including employee reviews, disciplinary actions, time and attendance, overtime assignments, and employee training.
