Responsibilities Plan and coordinate the training and development activities of all staff.Conduct instructor led training sessions covering specified areas to include operations, customer service, safety, skills, technology, environmental compliance, systems and policies and procedures.Conduct orientation sessions and arrange on-the-job training for new hires.Evaluate on-the-job trainers’ performance and the effectiveness of training programs, providing recommendations for improvement.Coach and evaluate all employees in proper customer service and job function skills. Ensure employees at location complete all required training courses.Conduct ongoing training and personal development classes for location specific staff members.Work with management to analyze training needs and develop new programs or modify and improve existing programs.Train others in techniques and skills for training and dealing with other employees.Assist the Manager in the development and implementation of written policies, procedures, and department goals for Reserve Parking, Limousine Parking & Employee Parking-AVI OperationsMaintain proper management of all customer accounts in the collection, reconciliation, and reporting of all transactions
As first point of contact, provide favorable and quality customer service to Reserve Parking, Employee Parking & Limousine Parking customers
Ensure all department activity is updated timely and accurately posted to the Parking Revenue Control System, maintaining department confidentiality of sensitive customer Information.
Respond timely to all customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, intercoms, face-to-face, fax and messages in a courteous and friendly manner while providing Positively Outrageous Service (POS)
Prepare accurate and timely departmental monthly reportsComplete other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Salary Range: $43,000/yr

Excellent written and oral communication skills required (English).Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) and Outlook required.Two years experience facilitating technical and/or soft skills training, or a four year degree from accredited college or university in a related field.Possess a valid driver license with a good driving record.
