Avendra Customer Application & Analysis Specialist
**Job Description** The overall business objective of the Customer Application & Analysis Specialist is to provide accountability and transparency into Avendra?s client relationship management tools and business development/sales activities to equip us to retain and grow. This role is responsible for supporting the design, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the business and system processes for the Avendra customer facing team. The Specialist will drive the process, measurement and tools to enable associates to work more effectively while working as a key lead in the partnership with key stakeholders (IT, Account Management, Field Support, Analytics, etc.) to further enable business process and system execution. This individual will be an integral part of the customer team, producing results and participating in cross-functional teams through collaboration with stakeholders to optimize usage and promote focus, accountability, performance, transparency, efficiency, and effectiveness. The position requires leadership and collaboration across departments to drive improvement and adoption of our Salesforce platform. Key activities include but are not limited to: leading efforts across all functions to enable the effectiveness of Avendra?s growth through systems (e.g. Salesforce), analysis, and processes; responsible for shaping tools to reflect this process, supporting development and delivery of training materials and programs, ensure the consistent and proper use of our programs, serve as a leader to a team of key department contacts, execute processes directly related to increasing adoption of business processes, and supporting the development of communication strategies and materials related to a growth performance culture. This is a hybrid position, requiring three days per week onsite in Rockville, MD at Avendra headquarters. **Job Responsibilities** + Communication Development and Leadership: + Lead the development and execution of Salesforce-related communication materials including, but not limited to, release notes, requirements documents, and communications to users about new functionality + Sales Force Automation and Business Process Adoption: + Lead for Salesforce partnership with analytics team (via Einstein Analytics/Tableau CRM) across all business units and countries. Ensure the certainty of absorbing transformational change by building innovative communications, education, and continuous feedback loops that engage everyone from end to end across all functions and business units. Lead enablement of other integrated tools/technology to support Avendra teams. + System Enhancements and Governance: + Lead the translation of general business needs into system requirements to optimize the utility of Salesforce.com features to add value. Help lead development, testing, implementation, training, and communication of solutions. Lead timing of enhancements and solutions via regular releases, and champion documentation of release notes and training materials. + Project Leadership and Support: + Take strategy from the concept stage to operational implementation, particularly in a role of influence across the organization. Serve as key point of contact and leader for ongoing projects and new projects of various size and complexity, ensure teams meet deadlines in a diverse and challenging environment while championing change management efforts. Through thought leadership, devise new and innovative approaches and projects, enable team members to take on key roles in those projects. Develop and maintain Avendra Salesforce.com roadmap. + Support Sales Force Automation and Business Process Training: + Support the development and execution of training to apply fore Salesforce.com user experience. Support efforts to develop and update training materials as needed to reflect changes in the user interface or changes in business process. **Qualifications** + The successful candidate will possess a bachelor?s degree from an accredited college or university. + A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a MIS/analysis role with responsibility for reporting, analytics and systems. + 1-3 years of experience with Salesforce preferred. + Foodservice, hotel, marketing, retail, or other operational experience preferred. + Experience working on a team to implement new business programs and/or technologies and navigating change management issues preferred. + Strong organizational, project, and time management skills. + Ability to travel up to 10% if needed Personal Attributes + Professional with an urbane and sophisticated level of business acumen ? organized, multi-tasking project leader, seen as business partner with outstanding outcomes. + Strong interpersonal skills, a self-starter, confident in his/her abilities, self-motivated and able to work effectively with little supervision; and detail oriented with the ability to effectively manage people without formal influence. + Strong value system, unquestionable integrity, and good listening skills. + Intellectual curiosity and critical thinker. + Creative and flexible in style to adapt to new situations in a dynamic environment. + Results-oriented, who can make an impact; takes initiative, makes things happen, accepts accountability, and has a ?can do? attitude; sense of urgency + Perseverance and the ability to drive complicated opportunities to a successful conclusion. + Advocate for improving the value and impact to the company by challenging the status quo and being interested in more than executing ideas provided. Effectively interface with all levels of a corporation. + Strong communication skills: oral, written, and presentation, plus the ability to communicate appropriately with a wide range of people and behavior styles. + Desire to facilitate and participate in discussions and gain exposure with numerous constituents. **Benefits** COMPENSATION: The salary range for this position ranges from $75,000-$90,000, depending on circumstances including an applicant's skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). This is Aramark's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this position as of the time of the posting.
