Retail Service Advisor-Mount Holly, NJ:

CarShop (formerly CarSense), a subsidiary of Penske Automotive Group, is seeking an enthusiastic Service Advisor to serve our customers in the "CarShop Way", and delight them with prompt, courteous and excellent service.

What role are we searching for?

The ideal candidate has knowledge and experience in the automotive repair arena, and has a passion for customer service. You will consult with the Retail Service Technicians to ensure the customer is fully informed of the required and recommended services. The Retail Service Consultant directly interacts with the retail service customers and is to meet and exceed the customers' needs and expectations for timely service, while optimizing the technician's recommendations. You will be knowledgeable and diligently follow all policies and procedures of the Retail Service Department and will be expected to make recommendations that will improve company performance.

What skills do you bring to the role?

The successful candidate will demonstrate a history of striving for and achieving excellent results. He/She demonstrates sustained performance and poise under heavy pressure, able to handle delicate situations with sincere professionalism. The Retail Service Consultant is an effective communicator. He/She has good problem-solving skills and basic computer skills. The successful candidate will exemplify integrity, strive for self-improvement, and have an open-minded, "can-do" attitude. Must be able to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, drug testing, and hold a valid driver's license with a good driving history.
