What is the role we are searching for?

Experienced Automotive Painter-Chester Springs, PA:

CarShop is seeking a skilled experienced candidate who can refinish external body panels and components of all vehicles with cosmetic damage, prepare them to be painted, and to complete the painting of the vehicle in its entirety.

What Will you Do?

The experienced automotive painter is responsible for refinishing all vehicles that are for sale according to the agreed procedures of the Internal Service Department. Plan, organize, schedule and execute refinishing work in order to prevent bottlenecks in the reconditioning process. The successful candidate will prepare the car to be painted, including repairing parts of the vehicle's body, applying tape to the vehicle, and light primer work. Ensure that all equipment and tools are in good working order and required supplies in stock. Alert the Internal Service Manager and Detail Manager when problems are discovered which might prevent sold vehicles from being delivered properly.

● The successful candidate demonstrates the ability to establish priorities within his/her area of responsibility and problem solve in order to complete tasks in a timely manner.

● Must have previous experience in automotive refinishing work with a strong emphasis on quality.

● The successful candidate will exemplify integrity, strive for self-improvement, and have an open-minded, "can-do" attitude.

● Must be able to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, drug testing, and hold a valid driver's license with a good driving history.
