Responsibilities:

Receive inbound sales callsContact present customers (phone, email) to maintain and improve customer loyaltyDevelop pipeline of sales opportunity leads through networking, cold calling, and referralsWork with sales department to develop sales strategies and techniquesCommunicate industry news and trends to management and dealership employeesOutstanding Customer Service

Qualifications:

Auto dealership Internet Sales or Business Development Center (BDC) experience is a plus!Superior communication and customer service skillsSolid working knowledge of the InternetMaintaining a positive, can-do attitudeHigh School Diploma or equivalent
