We are looking for an Automotive Interior Repair Technician to join our team at one of our locations in Houston, Texas! The Interior Repair Tech is responsible for repairing rips, tears, and burns by utilizing techniques and skills like mixing dyes and incorporating texture to match surfaces. If you have experience with interior repair and are looking for a new opportunity that is stable with no prospecting required  – then this may be the job for you! 

Responsibilities: 

Receive automotive inventory and review preapproved interior work 

Inspect vehicle interior to ensure that no damages were overlooked 

Properly repair rips, tears, and burns and remove stains 

Partner with additional departments as applicable to ensure customer satisfaction 

Maintain company provided tools and additional equipment per company standards 

Requirements: 

Previous experience in automotive interior repair 

Must be 18 years of age or older 

Must have a checking/savings account or pay card with routing numbers for direct deposit 

General understanding of automotive details and features. 

Ability to sit, bend, squat, and hold various positions for long periods of time 

Strong communication skills 

Ability to prioritize tasks and set deadlines 

Ability to work well with multiple departments 

Motivated, personable, team player with a superior work ethic 

Ability to operate manual transmission is a plus.

Pay is commission based on experience.
