What We Offer $18 per hour, 1st shift $18.50 per hour, 2nd shift 1st shift, Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM 2nd shift, Monday – Thursday, 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM Health benefits, including telehealth medical services 401k Opportunity for advancement Referral program What We’re Looking For High school diploma or GED 2+ years of assembly experience 1+ year(s) of experience reading blueprints, schematics, or diagrams 1+ year(s) of experience using hand/power tools Ability to lift 50+ pounds Ability to stoop, bend, and stand for the duration of the shift What You’ll Do as an Assembler Maintain acceptable performance standards for assembly, production, quality, safety, and housekeeping Perform minor adjustments, repairs, or setups to equipment or machines with supervision Inspect parts or completed units by using visual inspection, gages, tape measures, check fixtures, calipers, or other equipment Perform a variety of assembly and production duties with minimal supervision Responsible for the correct placement of all tools in proper locations daily Maintain a clean and organized workstation by taking pride in having a clean work environment Perform other tasks as assigned
