**Description** **Primary Duties** + Programming and integration of new and existing devices primarily in existing building management systems + Provide programming & technical support to co-workers and customers + Support test & balance efforts **Administrative duties** + Create and implement equipment graphics + Create control submittals for existing systems + Remote site communication setup and support + Coordinate work schedule with project managers + Assist quality control personnel to turn over a complete and functioning system + Assist 3 rd party commissioning agents to provide programming support and modifications **Work environment:** Predominately office-based with part-time field work as required **Required skills** + Niagara N4 certified + Minimum of 5 years’ experience with building automation systems and components + Proficient in logic programming and wiring diagram creation + Command of technical language involved with automation and mechanical systems + Understanding of the automation process + Proficiency in Microsoft Office products + Even temperament and good judgement + Good organizational and planning skills + Good verbal and written communication skills + Good problem-solving skills (striving for win-win) + Understands and executes “completion” **Physical Requirements** + This position requires the ability to walk and climb stairs and ladders on multi-story projects.
