Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and skilled Automation Specialist to join our Business Process Automation department within the CJ organisation. The Automation Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing automated systems to improve business operations and reduce manual efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a passion for optimizing processes through automation. Responsibilities Responsibilities: Design and Develop Automation Solutions: Identify areas within the organization that can benefit from automation and design automated systems and processes to address these needs. Implement and Test Systems: Implement automation systems into the organization’s operations and test them to ensure they function as expected. Troubleshoot and Maintain Systems: Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with the automation systems and regularly update and maintain them to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with various teams to understand their needs and apply automation solutions accordingly. Document Processes: Document all automation processes for future reference and audits. Stay Updated: Stay current on new technologies and methodologies related to automation. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an automation role, with a strong understanding of automation tools and technologies. Technical Skills: Familiarity with automation tools and technologies such as RPA (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere), Business Process Management Platforms (e.g. Zapier, Power Automate, AWS Glue), and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure). Coding Languages: Experience in Python, SQL, CSS, HTML. Nice to have a Java (basic level). Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Certifications: Relevant certifications in automation or related fields are a plus. Nice to have qualifications: Experience with cloud platforms and infrastructure automation. Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.
