Automation Engineer   Education: Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, or a similar field Experience: At least 5 years in a relevant position Knowledge: - General automation, PLCs, HMI - Programming, project development - Electronics, pneumatics, and hydraulics - Robot management and programming - Management and programming of conveyor systems - Knowledge of Electric Screwdrivers (DC Drivers) Skills: - Teamwork - Problem analysis and solving - Identification of opportunity areas for improvement in assembly lines Specific functions: - Track automation projects - Identify opportunities for automation, review feasibility, and provide project quotes, justification, and implementation  Responsible for programming and problem-solving with automated stations such as Interlok systems, DC Drivers, PLCs, pokayokes, conveyor systems, HMIs, robots, etc. - Identify and select automation components and equipment for internal or external projects - Integrate all software and hardware solutions contributing to process automation - Manage the entire preventive maintenance program of automated stations - Installation of databases and/or key applications for automation.
