Key Responsibilities: 
• Work closely with business managers and stakeholders to gather automation requirements.
• Design and develop UIPath workflows, automation, and scripts to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation solutions into existing processes.
• Conduct testing and debugging of automation scripts to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed automation solutions.
• Stay updated on the latest UIPath features, best practices, and industry trends.

Skills and Qualification:
• Overall, 8 + years of software engineering experience 
• Minimum of 3 Years of Experience in UiPath development
• Demonstrable experience as a Robotic Process Automation Developer in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Insights.
• Automations involving API Integrations, Web Services, RE Framework, UI Automation
• Knowledge in UiPath Document Understanding, AI Center , Action Center
• Excellent Analytical and Troubleshooting skills
• Excellent documentation skills (TDD, Process Documents, Issue Logs)
• Should be familiar in understanding client requirements, conducting system analysis, designing, developing, testing, and implementing RPA solutions as per system requirement specification.
• Strong automation-first mindset: You naturally identify inefficiencies and seek opportunities to drive value through intelligent automation.
• Excellent communication skills to work with the Customers and the RPA team
• Good knowledge in Query writing
• Experience working with source code management/versioning
• Good interpersonal, written and Excellent communication skills
• Strong understanding of technology and architecture concepts.
• Having a certification as UiPath developer is an added plus

Nice to have :
• Experience in Power platform , copilot or other RPA tools
