This is a hand-on, fast paced floor position. Responsibilities: Responsible for all aspects to start-up and run automated die casting cells: (Yaskawa robots, vision system inspection, ladlers, furnaces, and clean and maintain dies)Monitor cells for part quality and troubleshooting casting defectsResponsible for furnace filling and operationMaterial handling and trim press operation for auto cellsSetup help with change overs Qualifications and Requirements: 1+ year of manufacturing experience is requiredDie casting or foundry experience is a plus but not requiredAbility to stand, lift and work in varying temperaturesAttention to quality and following work instructionsA positive attitude and regular and punctual attendance is required  Benefits and Perks: $22Health, Dental and Vision insurancePTO program with yearly carry over and one-hour increments401k with company matchPaid holidays, tuition reimbursement, professional development opportunities Your New Organization:Since 1977, our client has supplied original equipment manufacturers with high-quality brass and aluminum high-pressure die casting.
