Soft Tech Consulting is seeking a highly motivated, self-directed individual to fill the role of a Automated Tester for one of our clients. The designated candidate for this position will join a collaborative team environment, providing support and expertise necessary toward the successful delivery of the project deliverables, and provide effective communication to all levels of staff for reporting status/progress.
Responsibilities Responsible for developing Test Strategy, Test Plans, Test Cases, and Test Analysis Reports. Responsible for architecting, designing, and developing automated test scripts. Responsible for test planning, test documentation development, test execution, defects tracking, and test results reporting. Conduct different kinds of testing (manual, automated, functional, regression, performance). Escalate risks and issues related to test. Responsible for providing guidance to accomplish the goals and objectives of the test strategy for the program. Work with product functionals and develop test automations. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required with 4 years or more of applicable experience.Experience in application requirements, design, and testing required.Minimum 2 years of experience with agile software delivery lifecycles, with particular emphasis on requirements analysis, design, and testing experience.UiPath Studio experience and experience with Pega, PeopleSoft, or web application testing preferred.Experience with UiPath Studio process or test automation development. Experience with UiPath Test Suite.Experience with Test Automation Framework.Experience with Automated Testing.Experience with PeopleSoft Testing.Experience with Web Testing.Strong oral and written communication skills.Must be able to work independently, with minimal oversight.Able to develop strong client relationships.
