Auto Remarketing Manager

In this role, you will:

Manage and develop a team of remote Remarketing employees that travel to various auction locations weekly to represent Wells FargoEngage and monitor third party vendors and internal partnersIdentify and recommend opportunities for process improvements, compliance, quality assurance, audit results and risk controlMake decisions and resolve complex issues regarding compliance and quality assurance related to functions of Auto RemarketingMeet business objectives, interpret and develop business and strategic plans through relationship management on a national levelCollaborate with and consult with peers, and managersInteract directly with internal and external customersManage work distribution and financial resources for Auto RemarketingMentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent for Auto Remarketing


Required Qualifications:

4+ years of Auto Remarketing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education2+ years of leadership experience
