Johnson Service Group (JSG) is seeking an Collections Servicing Representative (Bi-lingual Spanish) Henderson, Nevada
Salary- $20-$23.00 per hour
This is an onsite position
Bilingual Spanish a plus
Job Summary Resolving delinquency on automobile loans, Negotiating payment arrangements. May skip trace to locate customer or unit and may recommend reviewing accounts for repossession. Auto-dialer calling environment but may be in a queue-based environment. Structured team setting with shared and individual goals.
Description % of Time Spent
45%- Handles inbound/outbound collection calls in a professional manner. Reviews open accounts for collection efforts. Maintains good customer relations with borrowers, and effectively solves problems in an effort to resolve account delinquency and prevent losses. Collects customer payments in accordance with payment due dates. Provides timely follow-up on payment arrangements. Follows and maintains policies and procedures in all aspects of the position. Escalates calls as required. 45% - Negotiates account resolution and accurately inputs and documents actions within the collection systems while maintaining company performance and productivity standards. Maintain and update customer demographic and employment information on a regular basis. Meet or exceed performance goals as assigned by management 5%- Send all applicable statutory notices where applicable 5%-
• Perform other assignments and duties as directed by supervisor
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Fluent English required; Fluent Spanish preferred Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
