Auto Damage Receptionist/Dispatcher

The Auto Damage department is looking for the right candidate for a position with our Dispatcher/Receptionist team. An ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated and display good multitasking skills. Must have the ability to learn new tasks quickly in an ever-changing and fast-paced environment. Job duties include but are not limited to working closely with our Auto Damage team and customers.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

-Must be able to work inbound and outbound calls.

-Must be able to speak in a clear, empathic and professional manner by telephone.

-Must perform duties at a stationary workstation.
-Strong decision making, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
-Must be able to follow instructions and have strong organization skills


 

Annual Salary

$16.38 - $31.76

The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate’s work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
