We’re looking for an individual to fill the role as an Auto Damage Claims Trainer I to conduct classroom lectures (live or virtually) on all phases of auto damage claims handling, shop demonstrations of various repair procedures to include sheet metal, frame repair and auto body work and will demonstrate the use of various tools and repair equipment. In overseeing the classroom, the candidate will be responsible for the coordination of the purchase of necessary equipment to operate the training center as well as assist auto damage managers/supervisors with technical problems.Starting salary is $82,000 but will consider a higher amount based of of experience,Responsibilities may include: eLearning design & instruction, in person instruction, virtual training, technical writing, research and continued AD curriculum updates.Must have minimum of 1 year auto estimating experience.Must be comfortable presenting to large groups with various skill levelsComputers skills in AV or Audio helpful.Flexible schedules may be required during certain training events. This is an in-office position located in Ashburn, VA.
