Join AAA’s Roadways College Internship Program!

AAA has an exciting opportunity to join the Audit Team for a 10-week internship.  Interns should have a career aspiration and passion for technology, collaboration, and creative problem-solving. Interns will actively participate in program contributing to meaningful projects and work closely each week with the Audit Team.

About the Roadways College Internship Program:

Over the summer program, interns receive tools and resources for their growth and development that will help them prepare for the current and future workforce, including:

Understanding how to align business strategy with key objectives and initiativesUsing behavioral and communication tools to enhance their personal imageDemonstrating flexibility, agility, and the ability to respond effectively to changeCultivating relationships to increase collaboration and build trust

What You’ll Do:

Assist in the preparation and analysis for auditsSupport the audit team in conducting audits and reviewsCollaborate with team members on various projects and tasksAttend weekly operational and strategic insight sessions with senior leadersAttend learning and development sessions to further enhance your leadership skillsCreate and develop presentations using Microsoft Office Tools but not limited to PowerPoint Network with executives and senior leaders across different business unitsParticipate in team building and volunteer eventsParticipate in job shadowing/hands-on activities

What You’ll Need:

Must be a Senior enrolled in a college/university with emphasis in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldAccounting / Finance / Audit classes or interestStrong analytical skills and problem-solving skillsExperience with data analytics tools (e.g. SQL, Python) is a plus.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilitiesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFamiliarity with artificial intelligence concepts and applications is a plus.Good communication skills (verbal and written)

Internship Eligibility:

Must commit to the entirety of the program, June 9th through August 15thMust commit to working full time, 40 hours per weekMust be willing to commute to the office daily

The pay for this position will be $27 per hour
