As an Audiovisual Systems Consultant, you will help enable exceptional corporate event experiences through your audiovisual expertise.
The Team
Working as part of a diverse team, you will be responsible to independently support live events in supported spaces, and you will have the opportunity to assist with audiovisual support for conference room spaces, digital signage, and video services.
The Impact
As an Audiovisual Systems Consultant, you will get to:
Provide excellent customer services in the planning and execution of corporate events that require audiovisual support at the home office campuses. This includes:Follow, modify, or create team processes and documentation for customer engagement and event support.Interface with internal customers to understand corporate event objectives and requirements.Manage technical/production aspects of company events and conferences, including evenings or weekends as needed.Consult with Reservation Management to ensure technology requirements are understood and processes are followed for events booked in supported spaces.Conceptualize, plan technical aspects of meetings, including design, research, cost estimating, and negotiating with vendors.Backfill for systems consultants at our Springfield campus as needed.With minimal supervision, maintain and troubleshoot event space technology, including vendor engagement for repairs or replacements.With minimal supervision, scope and design event space technology upgrades or new installations.Manage projects to upgrade or install new technology in event spaces.Serve as the AVIX team’s service owner for corporate events if needed.Backfill for AV support in meeting spaces and for digital signage and video technologies, including incident management and technical troubleshooting.Train other technical event consultants on customer service best practices, corporate events processes, and event space technologies.The Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience5+ years of experience in live event support and production as an audiovisual or broadcast engineer2+ years of experience in AV/IT support or installation, which includes deep knowledge of hardware such as video production switchers, control systems, professional cameras, digital mixers, and compute devices and associated software needed to successfully operate and troubleshoot event space technologies at home office campuses.1+ year of experience with Zoom endpoint administration and troubleshootingAbility to travel up to 10% of the time. Travel will mostly be regionalThe Ideal Qualifications

Salary Range: $99,800.00-$131,000.00
