We are on the lookout for our next Audiology Training Lead to join the Retail Excellence team!

About The Role
This role is responsible for ensuring that our Audiology team is supported by best in class training to drive performance and customer satisfaction for our clients at Amplifon.

The successful candidates’ responsibilities will include: Coordinating & coaching the Amplifon Audiology Training Team Responsible for delivering sustainability targets and training hours across Academy Pillars Responsible for tracking and measuring the effectiveness of training Responsible for end to end induction programs for all new Audiology team members, including partnering with HR to track and coordinate all new joiners. Ensuring cutting edge training strategies are deployed across Amplifon Australia. Reviewing any feedback and areas of improvements proposed by wider Team. Develops, updates, and tracks LMS e-learning modules. Coach Trainers on handling sensitive matters with staff and resolving staff training issues escalated by the team. Ensure a high level of clinical documentation is maintained Be an ambassador all new initiatives

About You

Audiologist experience minimum of 3 years Training Experience (advantageous) A passion for training and service excellence Knowledge of Amplifon’s LMS and ability to develop creative storyboards for a LMS Confident in creating and presenting material face-to-face or online Efficient in all Microsoft office software and design software Ability in negotiating and communicating effectively with different individuals and stakeholder groups Display initiative and be open to new ideas and suggestions. A motivator who can achieve the best from their people Strong coaching and mentoring skills Strong planning, coordination, and execution skills Ability to travel Based in Sydney or Melbourne
