Responsibilities What you get to do every day:

Design, implement, and maintain state-of-the-art AV systems. You will work closely with both on-site and remote users to ensure optimal performance of AV equipment, coordinate upgrades, and provide expert support for a wide range of audio-visual technologies.

Design and implement AV systems including video conferencing, digital signage, and presentation systemsInstall, configure, and maintain AV equipment such as projectors, displays, sound systems, and control systemsTroubleshoot and resolve complex AV issues in a timely mannerManage AV network infrastructure and ensure integration with existing IT systemsPlan and execute AV system upgrades and migrationsProvide training to end-users on AV equipment operation and best practicesDevelop and maintain documentation for AV system configurations and processesCollaborate with IT teams to ensure AV systems align with overall technology strategyManage inventory of AV equipment and coordinate with vendors for procurement and maintenanceEnsure AV systems comply with security protocols and accessibility standardsStay current with emerging AV technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems Qualifications

Education/Experience:

Requires Bachelor's degree in Audio Visual Technology, Electrical Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience3+ years of experience in AV systems design, installation, and maintenanceRequired Skills:
Strong knowledge of AV technologies including video conferencing, digital signal processing, and control systemsExperience with AV network protocols and IP-based AV systemsProficiency in AV system design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Visio)Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve complex AV issuesAbility to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentWillingness to provide occasional after-hours support for critical AV systems

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 poundsComfort with working at heights (e.g., on ladders or lifts) for equipment installation

What is ideal?
