Participates in the delivery and execution of audio/visual materials for Getty programs including exhibitions, orientation theater and live performances. Evaluates and interprets users� needs and project objectives and assists with determination of appropriate presentation medium. Sets up and adjusts audio and visual equipment to meet production requirements. Performs routine maintenance of equipment. Ensures that the style and quality of presentations and live performances are consistent with Getty standards.  Experience with sound engineering.

Major Job Responsibilities Applies comprehensive knowledge of audio/visual supportEvaluates user requests and recommends appropriate means of presentationPlans and implements audio and visual equipment set upDevises methods for organizing equipment inventoriesEnsures audio/visual services are delivered consistent with Getty policies and standardsMaintains knowledge of new technology in the field through ongoing researchMay recommend changes to policies and procedures Qualifications AA degree with coursework in audio/visual, video and multimedia disciplinesMinimum 5 plus years; audio/visual experience Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Evaluates, selects and applies standard techniques and proceduresApplies comprehensive knowledge of policies, practices, trends and informationRecognized as a technical resource in entity Benefits and Perks
