Responsibilities: • Drafting a variety of legal documents including pleadings, wills, and discovery documents • Handling court appearances and prove-ups • Liaising with clients, court staff, and other counsel in a professional manner • Efficiently organizing and managing discovery requests • Managing a high-volume workload and prioritizing tasks effectively • Attending mediations and depositions to represent clients • Practicing in areas of business structuring, construction, estate planning, probate, and asset protection • Applying skills in Estate Planning, Complex Business Litigation, Construction Litigation, Probate & Estate Administration, Probate Litigation, Corporate Entities to cater to client needs You deserve all the good things in life.
