If you have experience and a passion for Labor and Employment defense cases - please read on!What You Will Be Doing- Manage a diverse caseload of Labor and Employment and/or Class Action cases, from inception to resolution.
- Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and provide strategic advice to clients.
- Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys to develop case strategies and legal arguments.
- Participate in negotiations, settlement discussions, and mediations.
- Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and other proceedings.What You Need for this Position- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in California.
- 2+ years of experience specializing in employment defense and Class Action, Wage and Hour litigation.
- Strong understanding of employment law, labor codes, and relevant regulations.
- Proven track record of successful case outcomes and client representation.
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.What's In It for You-Base of $150K - $175K
- Great Billable hours (1800 )
