Job Description Provide IT support, Configuration, maintenance, and administration of Atlassian ConfluenceBe a technical expert on tool usage, standard methodologies, and implementationPrepare the knowledge base article for the new support cases for future reference.Evaluate and manage the usage of Atlassian add-ons / plugin to meet team and business needsIdentify performance bottlenecks and gaps between current and desired end statesWork with the team to ensure consistent performanceTroubleshoot and fix technical issuesAssist in the delivery management processes and enforcementCommunicate and collaborate with internal/external teams and relevant stakeholders

QualificationsMin. 5+ years of experience in IT industries with at least 3 years’ experience in administrating Atlassian ConfluenceExperience with configuring and supporting integration using development tools on ConfleunceComprehensive understanding of SDLC, ITIL, and Agile FrameworksExcellent interpersonal skills and communication, both written and spokenStrong facilitation skills, drive for results, attention to quality and detail, and a collaborative attitudeSolid work ethic and the ability to work with diverse teams across different time zonesAbility to take care of multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
