The Leadership Office of the Atlanta (Midtown Union) site is seeking a high performing individual that is proactive, resourceful, and efficient. This person will lead and assist with various activities across the site including leadership site visits, local grant and philanthropic efforts, and colleague networking and engagement plans. In addition, the Site Coordinator will have an influential role in co-creating solutions that drive efficiencies, alleviate pain points, and enhance the colleague experience. Lastly, the Site Coordinator will assist in crafting medium-to-long term site expansion strategies, including developing awareness of talent pools within the metro Atlanta area and socializing with key BU leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with all levels of Atlanta site colleagues Primary point of contact re: interactions with Global Real Estate & Workplace Experience (GREWE), Digital Workplace, and Global Security to address issues, pain points, and opportunities across the site (including business continuity planning exercises) Primary point of contact across Corporate Affairs & Communications (CA&C) and Colleague Experience Group (CEG) to craft and delivery any site-wide communications Primary point of contact for all colleague network, leader visit, and volunteer events Lead and coordinate regularly recurring site leadership meeting, site-wide townhalls, and site-wide engagement events (including coordination and reporting of any site-centralized budgets) Lead and/or participate in any special projects for Atlanta site (and/or any BU-specific projects) Define agenda / approach for local grant and philanthropic efforts Define agenda / approach for expanding awareness of Atlanta site as key talent pool across the enterprise, including site strategic expansion planning (in partnership with GREWE)
Minimum Qualifications:
Strong communication and relationship building skills: Superior ability to communicate effectively and clearly to a broad audience across regions/levels/business units. Ability to challenge status quo and influence without direct authority. Self-motivated with strong time management skills, ability to successfully multitask and constantly juggle priorities Excellent communication skills (written and interpersonal) with high attention to detail Demonstrable project skills to drive/assist projects to completion within specified timeline Creative approach to problem-solving, experienced at finding innovative solutions and motivated to do things differently Strong Office skills using Microsoft tools, including Power Point, Word & Excel. Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills Remain calm under pressure Flexibility in work schedule, as dictated by business needs (may include holidays, weekends, morning/evening shifts)Salary Range: $80,000.00 to $135,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
