We have an exciting opportunity for an ATF Compliance Advisor who will support permanent import licensing and shipment activities in a fast-paced import/export environment and will be responsible for maintaining compliance as it relates to activities and recordkeeping requirements governed by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF). The Compliance Advisor will work and collaborate with other members of the ATF compliance team, various internal functions/customers, and may require communication with industry partners and the government regulator. The Compliance Advisor will report to the ATF Transactions Manager within Global Ethics & Compliance in the Legal, Contracts & Compliance organization.
**What You Will Do**
+ Conduct timely reviews of import requests and transaction activities to ensure compliance
+ Draft, maintain, and monitor import permits, exemptions, certifications and jurisdiction and classification determinations in compliance with applicable US Government regulations and company policies
+ Contribute to the maintenance of shipment transaction files and records in accordance with US Government regulations and company policies
+ Attend and support internal customer strategy meetings, as needed
+ Review and submit Employee Possessor Questionnaires (EPQs), maintain the EPQ shared email inbox and communicate procedures to applicants
+ Escalate complex issues / questions to Transaction Manager or Senior Manager
+ Support audit and assessment activities, both internal and with regulators and stakeholders
+ Collaborate and consult with Global Trade, Enterprise Services Customs Operations and Supply Chain buyers
+ Domestic travel estimated at 3-4 business days per quarter

**Qualifications You Must Have**
+ Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of Federal, State, or County regulatory experience
+ Experience in document management
+ The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
+ The ability to obtain and maintain an employee possessor clearance by way of the Employee Possessor Questionnaire (EPQ) process
**Qualifications We Prefer**
+ Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced, dynamic environment with time critical requirements and limited supervision
+ Ability to effectively work with and communicate with all levels of leadership and individual contributors on the team
+ Prior experience with and/or knowledge of the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Export Administration Regulations (EAR), Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and/or the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF)
+ Experience in SAP-based systems (PRISM, ITCS, HSR/AAP, ICMS, etc.), Microsoft Word, Excel, OneNote, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Teams

The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
