What will you be doing?
This role will reside within the Data Protection BU of the ATC Lab Services team. This resource will be responsible for evaluating and developing new Data Protection technologies for the WWT Advanced Technology Center (ATC). This role will work with a wide range of technologies and will focus more depth in one or more focus areas of Information Technology. The ideal candidate will have foundational knowledge and expertise with Data Protection, Cyber Security Virtualization, and Compute as well as a broad level of understanding storage, cloud, S3, and communication protocols.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Build and manage relationships with customers and partners, both internally and externally Design and Build environments and data protection solutions for customer engagements for the purpose of Sandbox, Proofs of Concepts, and Lab-as-a-Service Create architectural diagrams, access guides, and other documents as needed for customer engagements and internal documentation Collaborate with customers, sales teams, and other internal teams to develop test plans, use cases, and high/low level designs Further develop and foster OEM partnerships and relationships that support WWT’s go-to-market strategy around data protection solutions Achieve industry standard certification requirements to maintain partner status Support business development and marketing initiatives as needed
