Job Description & Summary

At PwC, our people in experience consulting specialise in providing consulting services focused on enhancing customer and employee experiences. These individuals analyse client needs, design and implement experience strategies, and offer guidance and support to help clients create memorable and impactful experiences that drive customer loyalty and employee engagement.

Those in experience design at PwC will specialise in designing exceptional customer and employee experiences. Your work will involve utilising human-centred design principles to understand user needs, conduct research, and create intuitive and engaging experiences. Additionally, you will be responsible for collaborating with clients to develop user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that optimise interactions and deliver seamless experiences across various touchpoints.

Develop and enhance training content, including instructional materials, and presentations.

Ensure that the content aligns with instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and industry best practices.

Collaborate with instructional designers to contribute to the design and development of comprehensive training curricula.

Incorporate feedback and updates into existing training materials to improve relevance and effectiveness.

Conduct thorough research on industry trends, best practices, PwC thought leadership and emerging technologies relevant to the training topics.

Review and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to established standards.

Collaborate with subject matter experts, trainers, and other team members to gather insights and information for content development.

Integrate multimedia elements such as graphics, animations, and videos to enhance the interactivity and engagement of training materials.

Adapt content to different modalities, including in-person, virtual, and blended learning environments.

Manage multiple content development projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and meeting project deadlines.

Communicate effectively with team members to provide updates on project progress.

Ensure the professional quality of our materials, formatting, look and feel, brand management and compliance, consistent content & templates and managing workflow of contingent workers

Training of others in how to brand guidelines and expected minimum standards

Graphic design & proofreading for non technical content 

Develop and manage relationships with internal stakeholders 

Produce content assets that are accurate, timely, high quality (based on insight and outputs of audience, relevant to the audience, easily understood) and to style

Monitoring the performance of content and tools and identifying ways to improve the content and the product.

Adhering to compliance with the risk, quality and independence matters

Developing internal and external relationships and reflecting PwC values on your day to day work when working in diverse teams

Building and maintaining meaningful relationships with clients, and researching and identifying opportunities on new/existing client 

Engaging and dealing with diverse teams from the planning through the completion phase of the audit as well as closely following up on the progress of the requested tasks to ensure meeting the timeline and the firm’s internal KPI’s. 

Commitment to continuous education and digital upskilling 

Performing other procedures as necessary to support issuance of the assurance deliverables

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills that allow you to thrive in a team environment

Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English (oral and written) is a plus

Business development and client relationship building skills

Willingness to challenge the ‘norms’ and  to create a cohesive and effective working team

Excellent project management skills

Knowledge in using technologies, and experience using Data Analytics tools is a plus
