1.Supporting new product development project. Monitor and work of new mold development.

2.Leading Day to day activities of Tool Room for supporting to NPD, and regular business.

3.Supervises and routine activities for Tool Room and coordinates activities of the team members engaged in the molding Plastics products,

4.Applying knowledge of molding machine set-up, operating techniques, and mold development methods.

5.Using standard processes and continuous improvement, the Supervisor identifies discrepancies in parts and products

6.Responsible for managing staffing issues including assigning daily work, addressing performance issues, and resolving problems.

7.Responsible for in house tool development & cost saving plans

8.Management of Tool Storage & Preservation

9.Responsible for taking trial of new mold, modification, and its approval.

10.Good knowledge of Tool design software (SOLIDWORK,NX,AUTOCAD …)
