Associated Marketing Specialist - Ecommerce

SUMMARY Support SSC Marketing Ecommerce team in the day-to-day coordination of marketing programs. Primary focus includes, on site revenue generation (Google ads), creation of marketing Jira tickets for onsite promotional ad development, and customer service issue review. Other project work as assigned. RESPONSIBILITIES Daily review of Google ads on AutoZone.com using Doubleclick tool. Block ads as needed due to competitive nature and disruptive ads.. Create Jira tickets for promotional period Ecommerce marketing assets. Meet deadlines and insure accuracy. Review customer service emails and distribute to appropriate team. Requires escalating order issues with urgency and curating by type for other issues to provide weekly report to effected team. Support DZ catalogue team as needed and time allows. REQUIREMENTS Level of Formal Education:A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent. Area of Study:Marketing or Business Years of Experience:Two to three years. Type of Experience:Marketing, Media, Ecommerce Special Certifications or Technical Skills:Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Other/Preferred:Retail
