What will you be doing?

Support of all end-user-facing IT Warehouse equipment (e.g., handheld devices, label printers, time clocks, etc.), in addition to LCM of all printers. Partners with end-users to develop innovative solutions regarding new technologies to support the various business sectors, including deployment, break/fix, and regular maintenance.

 

Responsibilities:

Assist with delivering business-critical breaks/fixes for all warehouse technology (e.g., printers, handhelds, etc.). Accurately document interactions, incidents, requests, and problems. Analyze customer-specific needs/issues; assist in deploying solutions. IT Warehouse Asset Management (i.e., inventory, deployment, tracking, disposal, etc.). Life cycle management for new hardware models, upgrades, etc. Create a positive customer support experience and build strong relationships through problem understanding, ensuring timely resolution or escalation, communicating promptly on progress, and handling customers with a professional attitude. Document resolutions and update self-help and knowledge bases. Grow general knowledge of supported products, increasing ability to resolve requests on first contact. Understanding of service level agreements (SLAs) for the customer. Manage Warehouse IT equipment via tools such as Zebra Printer Profile Manager Enterprise (PPME) and Workspace One. Assist with investigating and troubleshooting system administration issues relating to Velocity, Android OS, and various other network support issues. Provide support for maintaining and delivering system updates to the fleet of end-user-facing hardware (e.g., OS updates, build configurations, patches, etc.). Assist in collaborating with key stakeholders within the business to manage project requirements and timelines and help guide internal project management responsibilities.
