You will play a dynamic role in our overall Team Member Services team (we prefer "TMS" to the outdated term "Human Resources"). This includes being a member of a critical team that provides a red carpet experience for all of our clients - both internally and externally. Our Associate University Recruiters are typically the first point of contact with our applicants. You will be conducting phone screens with a detailed line of questions and partnering with our Talent Acquisition Specialists to determine the best possible fit for our applicants.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGWe want to welcome you to the family, so being a good fit is key. Some of the responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
Partnering closely with the Talent Acquisition Specialist to source, screen, and assess applicantsConducting a high volume of phone screens per dayScheduling interviews and coordinating calendars with Hiring LeadersSourcing candidates through social media, networking, job boards, referral, and using an out-of-the-box thought process to increase our talent pool of qualified applicantsActing as an integral part of the Talent and Team Member Services teams by offering solutions and suggestions for improvementsTravel to many of our partnering Universities, Community Colleges and high schools to support initiatives for hiring goals on a regular cadenceReport and present on event outcomes to proactively adjust and track recruiting effortsAssist in event set up, on campus tours and collaborating meetings with faculty of schoolsWHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
Must Have Qualifications
1+ years experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition or related field preferably in customer serviceMinimum of 1 year experience in sourcing or screening active and passive candidates, or high-volume call centerExcellent written and verbal communication and follow up skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of hiresExcellent computer skills and organization skillsStrong work ethic with a drive to hit production goalsThis position requires regular, on-site attendanceMust be willing to travel across Michigan THE PLACE & THE PERKSReady to join thousands of talented team members who are making the dream of home ownership possible for more Americans?
