Associate Trainer Occupational Safety, SITRUST India

SITRUST plays a vital role over here in Loss prevention process by offering Safety awareness, skill and competency through training.

Occupational Safety Associate Trainer in SITRUST will report to the SITRUST Head.

Areas of Responsibility

·       Imparting Occupational Safety Training across the business functions and external customers; at SITRUST, Onsite and online.

·       Developing customized training modules as per requirement in collaboration with business or external customer.

·       Leverage technology and use new age practices and training pedagogy- online tools, modules, etc.

·       Keep abreast with the changing and evolving trends and legislations on EHS.

·       Collaborating with Business and Customers for training need identification and development of training modules.

·       Reviewing work safety related Safe Operating procedures and Risk Assessment.

·       CSR Support – Conducting training to students from the Siemens Scholarship Program.

·       Support SITRUST Head for external business development activities to ensure overall growth of SITRUST

·       Identify and develop vendor partners for greater outreach of SITRUST trainings- for content development and delivery.

What you need to make real what matters! Experience:

·     Minimum 12-15 years of successful experience in Construction field/ Project Management (Project Management, EHS, Manufacturing, O&M, Installation and Commissioning) .

·       Around 5 years experience in leading teams, intercultural experience, project management experience would be preferable.

·       Training expertise in the broader spectrum of EHS topics would be preferable.

Education & Training:

·       Graduate in Civil / Mechanical Engineering

·       EHS related certification (e.g. ADIS, NEBOSH iDIP) would be an added advantage.

·       Possesses Training soft skills.
