Position Title: ETSAssociate Testing Services Assistant
Status: Casual PT Support (1 year contract - subject to renewal)
Hours: Up to 24 hours per week
Faculty/Department: Education Training Solutions
Campus/Location: 30 Carrier Drive, North Campus/Lakeshore Campus
Salary: PT Support Band 4 ($17.20 - $25.23)
About the [Position Title] Role:
Reporting to the Manager, Testing and Integrated Services, the Associate Testing Services Assistant will be responsible for maintaining the efficiency and efficacy of customer service practices in the invigilation to our diverse student population related to a specific sub-set of testing evaluations during specific periods of the academic year. The incumbent will be responsible for the supervision of students during Real Estate Education Program (REEP) and other evaluations (Life Insurance Qualification Program, Ontario Building Code, Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario, and ILCO) in our testing lab environments or online; accompanying and facilitating documented needs for any type of break required by the student during the evaluation period; review of utilization with the students of the computer functionality and on-line evaluation submission function once the evaluation has been completed; and identification of operational problems or breach in academic integrity escalated to Manager, ETS Testing Services.
