The Associate Territory Manager will support sales activities, develop customer relationships, provide technical expertise to dental professionals, staff educational courses and tradeshows. The ideal candidate will live in Boise, ID or surrounding area.
Responsibilities:
Assist the territory sales manager in achieving sales targets and market growthIdentify and develop new business opportunities within assigned accounts and territoryPresent product demonstrations and educate dental professionals on the benefits and usage of dental implant products Build strong relationships with dentists, oral surgeons, periodontists, and other dental professionalsProvide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring product satisfactionConduct follow-ups and maintain regular communication with clients. Offer on-site technical support during implant surgeries and product proceduresTrain clinical staff on product usage and best practicesMaintain in-depth knowledge of the product portfolio and industry advancementsMaintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and account records in the CRM systemManage product inventory and coordinate orders with supply chain teamsCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and training departmentsAttend sales meetings and trade shows to showcase our products and stay updated on industry trendsAssist in creating materials for sales meetings and presentations
Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to build and maintain long-term customer relationshipsTechnical aptitude to understand product specifications and clinical proceduresExcellent problem-solving and organizational skillsSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independentlyProficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office SuiteAdaptability in fast-paced environmentsHigh attention to detailAbility to travel within the assigned territory including overnight trave as necessaryValid driver’s licenseRequirements:
