Job overview and responsibilities

Provides entry-level administrative and transactional support for authoring and editing of manuals and/or maintenance task cards used to accomplish scheduled and unscheduled maintenance. Manages inbound workflow as assigned and tracks projects to completion to support the needs of the Technical Operations organization. Initiates basic technical document changes in accordance with United Airlines policy. Interfaces with Maintenance Programs facilitating effective communication to manage workload in accordance with business requirements.

Audits technical documents for compliance and accuracySupports creation of technical documents to perform aircraft maintenanceAdministrative support of technical document applications/softwareEngages in training and skill development, including relationship building
