Associate Talent Development Manager
Main Tasks

Talent Development:

Understand HR business strategy, assure the pace of implementation, activate organizational engagement and help strategy implementation through organizational diagnosis, program design, continuous improvement and other means.Partner with regional HR and business to analyze people/organization needs and translate into robust implementation plans and solutions, with an emphasis on building diverse & quality talent pipeline and raise people capability bench strength.Support talent development manager to shape and translate business needs into talent strategy, ensuring these are based on clearly defined business needs and metrics and they enable the delivery of the region’s strategic growth agenda.Design and execute skills management and expert development programs to review fields of knowledge, support strategic new capablity build up and the development of experts.Support the design and implementation of annual talent review and succession planning process and execute talent programs according to the needs of the organization and target groups.Support the annual implementation of performance process, ensure process effectiveness and work on continuous improvement of performance and feedback culture building.Implement DE&I projects and initiatives in alignment with global strategy and agenda and ensure a close linkage to local talent strategy and initativies.Apply basic human resource management theories, methods, and tools to provide solutions for organizational/personnel development and implement them.Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in business-related field. Advanced degree or aualification in organizational development, learning or psychology will be more preferred.

Experience

At least 5 years of people/organizational development work with focus on talent management, organization development or leadership developmentExperience working in a multi-national matrix organization as an internal consultant.Proven track record working as a senior individual contributor in talent development in people analytics, project management, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills to balance stakeholders and meet multiple priorities and deadlines.Demonstrated experience with talent management, succession planning, high-potential development programs and organization diagnostics, design and development etc.Demonstrates ability to use metrics to assess needs, trends and development effectiveness.Experience in DE&I projects and related talent initatives will be a plus.

Other skills

Knowledge of key trend in skills management, people development, and knowledge institutes.Strong presentation and writing skills in both English and Mandarin with the ability to use technology to disseminate information.Ability to cooperate and interact with different business partners in an open communication environment.Be self-motivated with a positive “can do” attitude and the ability to problem solve and think of new ideas, able to work under pressure and in a dynamic and fast-faced environment.High level proficiency in using MS Office suite and web-based conference services.Willingness and interest in working in other areas of HR in the future highly desired.
