As an Associate Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in attracting top-tier talent to our organization, ensuring we continue to provide our patients a Life.Unlimited. You will manage the full recruitment process across a wide range of vacancies, working closely with hiring managers to understand and meet their staffing needs. By utilizing both traditional and innovative sourcing strategies, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality candidates, presenting hiring managers with a curated selection of top talent. You will build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, leverage various recruitment channels, and contribute to employer branding efforts.

What will you be doing?
Lead recruitment initiatives with hands-on involvement in sourcing, screening, and managing the end-to-end recruitment processWork closely with hiring managers, being an advisor on optimal strategies and tools and utilizing systems for talent assessment in a timely and compliant mannerIdentify action plans for roles lacking progress and communicating mitigation plans to business leadersContribute to workforce planning needs, optimizing candidate pipelining and communication, and establishing partnerships with institutions to broaden recruitment initiativesServe as first point of contact for applicants. Communicating proactively with them, answer their questions, managing their participation and providing status updates throughout the selection process.Fostering strong internal relationships with HR colleagues and business leaders, integrating recruitment processes to align with tactical and strategic business needsProvide support for ongoing TA projects related to continuous improvement initiatives and other CapEx investments in TASafeguard documents, confidential information, equipment or other assets directly related to the job to prevent incidents that could impact the companyWhat will you need to be successful?
The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication abilities, articulating ideas clearly and persuasively. A strong sense of urgency and commitment to meeting deadlines is essential, along with a strategic understanding of how recruitment influences broader business goals. The successful applicant will possess excellent negotiation skills, ensuring positive relationships. Efficient recruitment process management and the ability to navigate and solve problems are key, as is a results-oriented mindset.
Required:
Demonstrated 3+ years of experience in recruiting within a customer-centric settings.Experience hiring for the medical device industry, including high volume recruitment and specialized roles, is highly desirable.Fluent in English, B2+ (C1 preferred)Experience in leveraging data analytics to execute talent acquisition strategies.Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Workday is preferred.Basic Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel, andPowerPoint.Familiarity with Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to amplify the employer brand, attracting top-tier talent.Preferred:
Experience in proactive candidate searches (sourcing passive talent).Familiarity with interviewing platforms, ideally HireVue (formerly Modern Hire).Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.Bachelor’s Degree, HRCI, AIHR and/or SHRM certification.You. Unlimited
