Associate Systems Analyst - Desktop Engineering Team
The primary purpose of the Associate Systems Analyst position is to provide system administration of Endpoint Management Systems. This includes providing analysis of business and management problems in terms of system and user department requirements. Analysis, diagnosis, and problem solving Analyzes source documents, data base structure and management report requirements. Diagnoses system problems and provides creative and thoughtful technical solutions. Monitors system health and performance and implements corrections to improve performance and manageability. Resolving complex and non-routine hardware, software, operating system and integration problems that relate to the supported systems. Perform Technical Changes Keep systems version updated. Document the environment. Keep the environment updated Other duties as assigned Education Required: Bachelor's degree. Preferred Certification: One or more of the following: Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), VMware Certified Professional (VCP), and/or VMware Certified Design Expert (VCDX) Experience Required: None. May substitute required education degree with additional years of related experience on a one-to-one basis or completed years of college on a one to one basis.
