**ManTech** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Systems Analyst** to join our team in **Crane, Indianna. This is an onsite position.** We are seeking an enthusiastic and forward-thinking member to join our team and be at the forefront of innovation. As a core member, you will assist in the research & design, engineering, integration, testing, training, logistics, laboratory research, field engineering, and acquisition and operations analysis in support of a variety of Navy and Marine Corps programs and projects with a focus on defensive cyber technologies, mission assurance, and resilience capabilities for the tactical network environment. Your effort will go towards dramatically increasing the warfighter’s effectiveness. If you enjoy working on a highly collaborative and dynamic team and want to make a difference for the warfighter, then we would love to have you on our team! **Responsibilities Include:** + Formulates/defines system scope and objectives for assigned projects. + Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results. + Prepares detailed specifications from which programs will be written. + Responsible for program design, coding, testing, debugging and documentation. + Has full technical knowledge of all phases of applications systems analysis and programming. + Has good understanding of the business or function for which applications are designed. **Required Qualifications** : + HS Diploma + 1+ years of experience in the field or in a related area. + Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the particular field + Comfortability utilizing Microsoft office + Cloud based systems experience. + Experience working in a Linux Environment. **Desired Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s Degree + Experience with Six Sigma and Root Cause analysis skills + Skill in organizing and making presentations, orally and in writing + Understanding of virtualization technologies **Clearance Requirements:** + Must have a current/active Secret Clearance **Physical Requirements:** + The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
