Job DescriptionWe are looking for an Associate Systems Administrator who will be responsible for providing systems and application support across Visa Corporate systems environment. This position requires applying root cause operation break fixes and other proactive maintenance activities to keep the services up and running. Additionally, planning and incorporating automated solutions to solve recurring tasks and issues. This is a professional level position and requires strong execution and analytical abilities.
The successful candidate will be a member of the “Corporate Technology Support” team who is in charge in maintaining and ensuring that the Corporate Productivity Applications are running at the optimum level. The team is also in charge in administering the Windows and Linux server OS and its relevant components, hardware, and virtual based platform where most of the corporate applications are running. This team is also responsible on building and managing innovative solutions for employees to support self-service capabilities into managing numerous corporate use-cases and partnering with stakeholders and project managers to lead development of complex enterprise solutions.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree, OR 3+ years of relevant work experience
