Associate Strategic Business Initiatives (Job 3014163)

Role Overview:

We are seeking an Associate on the Strategic Business Initiatives team. This role will partner with a Senior Manager on the team to identify, shape, and drive execution of cross-cutting strategic initiatives across the Chief Business Officer’s org and other functions. Examples priorities for this role include supporting AI deployment strategy and value realization, partnership deal analyses, resource planning, and cost savings opportunity sizing and execution coordination.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Supporting cross-functional execution of strategic initiatives prioritized by the Executive Leadership Team to deliver efficient growth. Structuring and executing quantitative and qualitative analyses to provide insights and recommendations for leadership business decisions. Identifying and helping drive improvements that are high priority for partnership value realization, market scaling, margin optimization, or product roadmap realization. Contributing to the preparation of board and senior leadership communications, presentations, and other materials.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MS) is a plus. 2+ years of business experience required, ideally in top-tier management consulting roles. Track record of meaningfully contributing to strategic initiative development and implementation, particularly related to strategic partnerships, user growth acceleration, digital / technology transformations, cost rationalization, and / or process optimization. Structured analytical and conceptual problem-solving skillset with ability to analyze disparate, multi-source data and develop clear frameworks to evaluate opportunities and challenges. Robust executive-audience communication and cross-functional stakeholder orchestration abilities. Team player with strong ownership that thrives in fast-paced, iterative, and feedback-oriented culture.

Pay & Benefits Disclosure: The salary range for this role is $69,600 -$104,400 and is based on experience and qualifications.

Certain roles are eligible for annual bonus and may include equity. These awards are allocated based on company and individual performance.
