We are currently searching for GTM Enablement Intern who will help us with the go to market initiatives. You can work in our Bloomreach offices (Bratislava / Brno) or from home on a part-time basis (20 h / week). The salary for this position is 7€ / h.

About the position:

The Partner Program Intern will play a crucial role in supporting the GTM Enablement team at Bloomreach, specifically supporting our Global Partner Program. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience with marketing, operations, administration and enablement within the wider Revenue Organization at Bloomreach. It is an excellent opportunity to learn more about program management within the partnerships space. 

What to expect from the role:

This 6-month internship program is structured to give you a comprehensive understanding of Bloomreach's partner processes, tools, and strategies. You will assist with key projects, engage with the regional Channel teams, and gain insights into the overall sales pipeline. The program includes:

Project Assistance: Contribute to various partner program and enablement projects, including knowledge management, content audits, and process support. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work alongside multiple different teams including Channel, Enablement, Marketing and Design to learn more about their functions and collaborate on joint projects.  Professional Development: Receive mentorship and training aimed at developing your skills and preparing you for a career in sales. Tasks and Responsibilities: Knowledge Management and Content Audits: Assist in updating content in the Partner Portal and maintaining an organized partner knowledge base.  Serve as a point of contact for partner support inquiries & internal support requests. Enablement and Training:  Support the development and distribution of training materials to partners, including onboarding guides, sales collateral, and product documentation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and organize partner enablement resources. Partner Processes and Administration: Assist in auditing, improving, and managing existing partner processes such as new partner announcements, Partner Directory listings and onboarding workflows. Support internal teams with external Partner events including logistics and marketing.  Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Collaborate closely with other Enablement colleagues on adoption tracking of sales motions across all external seller personas. Assist in analyzing partner performance data and prepare insights for continuous improvement. What we expect from the Ideal Candidate:
