We anticipate our customers’ needs, we are highly responsive, and we deliver innovative solutions that exceed their expectations. Our mission is to be a global technology leader enabling organizations to thrive in the Everywhere Workplace – automating the tasks that discover, manage, secure and service all of their IT assets.

Our Culture - Inspire, Innovate & Grow:

Our mission is to be a global technology leader, enabling organizations and our people to thrive in the Everywhere Workplace. A core value at Ivanti is maintaining an environment where all perspectives are heard, respected and valued. We foster a culture where we can all grow, learn, add value and thrive – while achieving new levels of performance together. Ivanti is the right size. We are large enough to be stable and strong, but small enough so your work and opinion actually matter. Our continued success begins with you!

Why We Need you!

We have an opportunity for someone new to software development and DevOps that wants to experience both. Learn industry standard tools like GitHub source control and pipelines, Azure Hosting, Azure Devops, Kubernetes, and Terraform to name a few.  Use that knowledge to develop a custom JavaScript application that keeps product information up to date in a dynamic way with little to no maintenance.  Then deliver that information to Engineering and SaaS Operations in ways that accelerates their development of hosted products.  It's a great opportunity to learn and understand how to do develop an application while understanding, developing and reporting out key metrics that make a DevOps program the best it can be.

What You Will Be Doing:

Working in a scrum team your primary responsibility will be developing and deploying a React / NodeJS application with a MongoDB data-store. Following best practice in software development you’ll be expected to contribute across the technology stack as you solve problems defined as user stories and bugs. As a member of the wider DevOps organization you’ll help us roll out standards, which help the whole company be more effective and secure as we develop and release software. You’ll write integrations with our DevOps tooling stack primarily by consuming APIs and combining data to add context. Learn security tooling like BlackDuck, Prisma, Polaris and RiskSense.

To Be Successful in The Role, You Will Have:

A degree in Computer Science or related field. Experience programming in at least one object-oriented language either in industry or as part of your studies A good understanding of web technologies leveraging client side scripting to give consumers a good user experience Excellent problem-solving skills and practical examples of where you have put this into action We’re keen on unit testing, so experience with a unit testing framework would be advantageous. We use Git for source control so familiarity with a source revision control system would be good. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; including the ability to discuss code level constructs such as encapsulation, polymorphism, relationships, etc.

What is it in for you?

Private Health Insurance & others 8 x Salary Life Insurance
Equity Tracking Awards 25 days of holiday + additional holiday purchase scheme Cycle, Tech Purchase, and Gymflex schemes Opportunities for career growth Skill development  Everywhere workplace up to a limited number of days per year.
