Our fast-paced environment and dynamic global Technology department is eager for a motivated and detail-oriented team member to step into this role and become an integral part of our Salesforce Architect team. About the role This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual with 0-3 years of experience to develop both Salesforce technical skills and strong documentation practices. You will work closely with senior Salesforce Architects, assisting in both development efforts and maintaining high-quality technical documentation that supports key projects and initiatives. You will: Create and maintain detailed documentation for Salesforce solutions and integration projects Develop and update user guides, process flows, and system documentation Assist in Salesforce development activities, including coding in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) Participate in code reviews to improve development skills and understand best practices Help maintain the API catalog and document Salesforce system integrations, including data flows and specifications Support quality assurance efforts by documenting test cases and results during testing processes Learn about AI implementation in Salesforce, with a focus on Agentforce, and assist in documenting AI-driven solutions You will also: Collaborate closely with the Salesforce Architect to ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and aligned with project goals Gain hands-on exposure to Salesforce development best practices and integration strategies Contribute to ongoing process improvements in development and documentation practices About you You are detail-oriented, eager to learn, and passionate about both technology and clear communication. You must also be: A recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Skilled in written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly Able to learn new technologies and processes quickly Familiar with basic CRM concepts and general software development principles Preferred qualifications include: Familiarity with the Salesforce platform Basic knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS Experience with technical writing or documentation Understanding of Agile methodologies and practices If you share our mindset, you can share in our success.
