**Revenue Operations at GoTo:**
We are looking to hire an accountable, experienced, and resourceful revenue analyst associate who can multi-task and bring their extensive experience in sales support and contract review to a constantly evolving department within a fast-growing SAAS company.
**Your Day to Day**
**As a Revenue Operations Analyst, you would be working on:**
+ ·Reviewing contracts, order forms, and purchase orders to assess proper revenue recognition treatment as per GoTo’s internal policies.
+ Entering order forms and contract terms into the Company's order entry systems, assuring accuracy, and according to established departmental SLAs as well as revenue recognition policies.
+ Engaging and supporting sales in their deal structure queries in accordance with Company Policies and revenue recognition standards.
+ Be the trusted advisor to the sales team, collaborating on pricing, product, and commercial terms for non-standard transactions.
+ Following multi-step processes to resolve escalations, taking ownership of the process from start to finish to ensure accurate execution of sales queries.
What We’re Looking For
As a Revenue Operations Analyst, your background will look like:
+ A minimum of 2 years’ industry experience with exposure to SaaS (subscriptions) and or other tech related background.
+ Must possess understanding of revenue recognition standards and understand order to cash process.
+ Experienced revenue operations analyst, with demonstrated successful experience of entering contract terms and orders into an internal commerce system(s).
+ Excellent relationship building and communication skills required, as well as accountability towards financial impact.
