Associate Proposal Specialist

CSC is looking for a talented associate proposal specialist to join our in-house marketing team and support several of our dynamic and innovative business units. As an associate proposal specialist, you will be responsible for managing the intake, completion, and submission of proposals and RFXs for CSC’s products and services across fund administration, entity management, business administration, compliance, and cybersecurity.

Daily job functions Manage incoming proposals and RFX projects from start to finish, including opening projects, setting up kick-off calls and follow-ups, developing timelines, handling agreements, coordinating assignments with internal and external team members, providing overall administrative and project management support to business units, and ensuring high-quality results. Remain knowledgeable of the organization's products and sales policies and procedures. Assist with the creation of reports, presentations, and other sales documents. Update and maintain proposal templates, forms, and scopes of work. Assist with the maintenance of a library of RFX responses. Develop and work with a network of in-house resources across all of CSC to answer product-specific questions. Package, execute, and deliver final proposals and RFXs based on client specifications. Ensure all responses are timely and accurate and all deadlines are met. Connect with leadership across the company to approve proposals and RFX content. Collaborate on enhancements and process improvements to current format and content. Track proposals and RFX results via Salesforce and assist with compiling weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. Ad hoc duties as needed, including basic non-proposal and non-RFX requests. Technical skills, experience, and qualifications Typically requires at least two years of related experience in a similar or related role. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Excellent computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Salesforce. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and working within fast-moving deadlines. The ability to work independently and function as part of a team. Can complete routine tasks under moderate supervision. Ambitious and easy to work with. Strong time-management skills. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Excellent problem-solving skills. Assertive and able to commute urgency when necessary. Attention to detail. Experience working with Qvidian or similar RFX software is a plus. A confident storyteller with skills in Adobe suite are a plus.
