Job Summary

Finacle Technical Lead

We are seeking a dedicated Product Specialist (T) with 2 to 5 years of experience in FLEXCUBE - Accounting and FLEXCUBE - CASA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Asset & Wealth Management and Asset Management Operations. This role requires working from the office with rotational shifts. Proficiency in English is essential.


Responsibilities

Oversee the implementation and maintenance of FLEXCUBEAccounting and FLEXCUBECASA systems.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for FLEXCUBE applications.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of FLEXCUBE systems.Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with industry standards.Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and operational procedures.Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Ensure timely resolution of system issues to minimize downtime and operational impact.Participate in system upgrades and enhancements to improve functionality and performance.Train end-users on system functionalities and best practices.Monitor system performance and implement optimizations as needed.Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers for system support and maintenance.Provide insights and recommendations to improve asset and wealth management processes.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Qualifications

Possess strong technical skills in FLEXCUBEAccounting and FLEXCUBECASA.Demonstrate expertise in Asset & Wealth Management and Asset Management Operations.Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Show proficiency in English with strong reading writing and speaking abilities.Have a minimum of 2 years and a maximum of 5 years of relevant experience.Display strong collaboration and communication skills.Be detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
